We’ll read Psalm 147:1-7 followed by the Gloria Patri. Our Scripture Lesson is Luke 4:14-21 . We’ll say the Apostles’ Creed, the Lord’s Prayer, and the Collect of the Day. We’ll then have a time of prompted prayer.

Ignatius, Bishop of Antioch, and Martyr, c. 115 – Almighty God, we praise your Name for your bishop and martyr Ignatius of Antioch, who offered himself as grain to be ground by the teeth of wild beasts that he might present to you the pure bread of sacrifice.
