This is the Fourth Tuesday After the Epiphany in the Church Calendar.

This week we are following the Daily Office lectionary with an episode Monday through Friday.

Praying today for Latricia in Richmond, TX, USA and Violet in Ireland.

Our general order and lectionary comes from the Book of Common Prayer Daily Office. We’ll sing “Abba” by Jonathan Helser and Ed Cash. We’ll read Psalms 61 and 62 followed by the Gloria Patri. Our Gospel reading is Mark 8:1-10 . We’ll say the Apostles’ Creed, the Lord’s Prayer, and the Collect of the Day. We’ll then have a time of prompted prayer.

Collect of the Day
Fourth Sunday after the Epiphany, Rite Two
Almighty and everlasting God, you govern all things both in heaven and on earth: Mercifully hear the supplications of your people, and in our time grant us your peace; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
