  1. This is an episode for those who need to know God is their defender. Psalm 18 says it all. At the same time we are reminded to pray for our enemies. As Ben has said on many a podcast: “It changes them and it changes us.” Ever since I started praying for my enemies (those who reject me with or without cause) – due to the prompts of guided prayer – I am more conscious of the importance of this kind of prayer and it makes me more compassionate towards those who hurt me. I am reminded that ‘hurting people hurt people’. Thanks, Ben, for bringing this to my awareness.
